As for your question about becoming a ninja, unfortunately at this time it is not available. Although on a previous version of Club Penguin ninjas were available, this option is no longer available. That said, there is always chance that ninjas will return! Be sure to check for hints in upcoming news. For now, you can pretend being a ninja by using the clothing items you already own.
